Description

The NIBCO® bronze Y-strainer protects all your equipment through its superior ability to filter solids from flowing streams, gases, or liquid piping systems. These products are meant to be used with wire mesh straining screens. The NIBCO Y-strainer is installed going upstream in order to protect your valves, meters, regulators and more from harmful erosion, rust, pipe scale and dirt.

• 125 PSI & 8.6 bar saturated steam (up to 353°F/178°C)
• 200 PSI & 13.8 bar non-shock cold working pressure
• 20-mesh stainless steel wire screen included
• Solid cap with class 125 threaded end connections
• Resistant to dezincification
• Compliant to ANSI B1.20.1
• Prohibited from U.S. drinking water use post 1/3/2014
