This Union (ex Chubb) 3R35 mortice deadlocking nightatch is a 5 detainer lock with slam action and an automatic deadlocking latchbolt making it ideal for entrances and escape doors.

These detainer style locks provide a higher number of key combinations than lever locks and the Union 3R35 has ahold back snib that can be used to keep the latch in the withdrawn position.

Ideal for timber doors up to 50mm thick.

Supplied with 2 keys and a keep.
